Ability to quickly identify waste with keeping a lean mentality while also hitting production goals is required.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervising/leading/training of warehouse employees. Maintain and surpass production goals. Monitor beginning to end production of project. Responsible for successful flow of production. Communicating end of day production to Supervisor Ability to fill in Supervisor role as needed.   Qualifications: Minimum 6 months - 1 year related experience and/or training in co-pack or warehouse environment. Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred). PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database is preferred.   Education and/or Experience Required: GED or H.S. DiplomaCollege experience or degree is a plus.Language Skills Sets: English -- Written / Oral is required.Spanish -- Written / Oral is a plus, but not required.   Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Candidates should have leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment and a track record of providing outstanding customer service. A Food Safety Supervisor certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol course completion are required or preferred.
