Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. The Shift Manager will play a critical role in driving sales, controlling labor costs, and exceeding customer expectations. Duties - Manage and supervise a team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient restaurant operations. - Conduct on-the-job training and staff development programs to enhance team members’ skills and performance. - Monitor and control labor costs, while also managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling cash handling. - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. - Utilize Aloha POS to track sales, inventory, and labor, making adjustments as necessary. - Manage the flow of the restaurant, balancing the needs of customers, staff, and management. - Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns. Experience - Prefer experience in a restaurant environment, preferably in a fast-paced quick service setting. - Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating a team. - Experience with staff training and development, with a focus on improving team performance and job satisfaction. - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to achieve goals and objectives.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
