In this dynamic position, you’ll serve as the central point of contact, making quick decisions to keep everything running seamlessly and ensuring production targets are met without compromising safety. Your key responsibilities:   Monitor production systems to ensure safe and efficient operations at all times. Coordinate real-time communication between teams to streamline workflows and address issues promptly. Manage alarms and critical events, escalating as necessary to minimize downtime and risks. Compile and report production data, ensuring accuracy for daily shift handovers and management updates. Collaborate with maintenance teams to detect equipment faults early and prevent disruptions.   About you: We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented team player who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll bring a blend of technical expertise and collaborative leadership skills to effectively manage multiple processes. To succeed in this role, you will have:   Effective time management skills to stay on top of priorities and deadlines. The ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously with precision and focus. Strong leadership skills to guide and support team members toward safe and efficient outcomes. Proficiency with computer systems and operational monitoring tools. Knowledge of open cut/underground mining processes to enhance decision-making and support smooth operations.
