Mengelola biaya dan pengeluaran di Kantor Cabang Pembantu dengan efektif dan efisien sehingga bisa mendukung pencapaian NPBT. 7. Memberikan masukan (feedback) kepada Area Manager, di antaranya untuk kepentingan pengembangan Kantor Cabang Pembantu, kondisi persaingan di lapangan, masukan terhadap produk, dan layanan Bank. 8. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pihak eksternal seperti Regulator (misalnya, Bank Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan), Pemerintah Daerah setempat, bank lain, pihak berwajib/keamanan maupun sosial masyarakat. B. Operations & Governance 1. Memastikan kegiatan operasional di Kantor Cabang Pembantu berjalan sesuai dengan sistem, prosedur dan ketentuan Bank (termasuk penerapan APU/PPT/PPPSPM & Sanctions) yang baik dan benar. 2. Bersama-sama dengan Tim Bisnis, Tim Operasional di Kantor Cabang Pembantu, dan pihak terkait lainnya memastikan pelaksanaan operasional dan service (termasuk pelaksanaan KYC, APU/PPT/PPPSPM & Sanctions) berjalan dengan baik dan benar. 3. Melaporkan segala bentuk penyimpangan maupun potensi penyimpangan atas terjadinya risiko operasional, kejadian bencana alam atau kondisi lain yang dapat mempengaruhi operasional Kantor Cabang Pembantu kepada Area Manager tepat waktu sesuai ketentuan. 4. Bersama-sama dengan Tim Operasional di Kantor Wilayah, Area, Kantor Cabang Pembantu, dan bagian/unit kerja terkait untuk menindaklanjuti hasil temuan APU/PPT/PPPSPM & Sanctions, Quality Assurance (QA), Audit Internal/ Eksternal dan unit kerja pemeriksa lainnya, dan perbaikan kontrol dari setiap insiden atau kejadian risiko operasional di Kantor Cabang/Kantor Cabang Pembantu sesuai dengan target yang telah ditentukan dan senantiasa melakukan pengendalian risiko operasional di Kantor Cabang / Kantor Cabang Pembantu. 5. Bekerja sama dengan ACT dalam menyediakan informasi/data /dokumen untuk pemantauan traksaksi atau kepentingan investigasi terhadap Laporan Transaksi Keuangan Mencurigakan (LTKM) yang dilakukan oleh Business Unit Support atau Unit Transaction Surveillance – Divisi AML/CFT & Sanctions. 6. Memastikan bahwa kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana Kantor Cabang Pembantu telah terpenuhi sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. 7. Memastikan bahwa aset-aset Perusahaan dipelihara dengan baik dan benar. C. People Management 1. Melakukan pengembangan dan pembinaan pegawai yang ada di Kantor Cabang Pembantu (termasuk pegawai dari 3 segmen lain yang memiliki garis pelaporan yellow line). 2. Memastikan semua aktivitas operasional Kantor Cabang Pembantu telah dijalankan sesuai dengan wewenang masing-masing pegawai, serta memastikan seluruh pegawai telah menjalankan program kerja sesuai dengan arahan. 3. Melakukan sosialisasi kepada seluruh pegawai di Kantor Cabang Pembantu, di antaranya Surat Edaran, Surat Keputusan, Memorandum mengenai Standar dan Prosedur Operasional, Standar Pelayanan, Penilaian Kinerja, APU/PPT/PPPSPM & Sanctions, dan memastikan masing-masing unit kerja yang bertanggung jawab telah menerapkannya. 4. Memberi masukan dan menyebarluaskan informasi yang relevan terkait dengan penerapan APU, PPT, PPPSPM & Sanctions kepada seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Cabang Pembantu terkait dengan tetap memperhatikan ketentuan tentang kerahasiaan data dan prinsip anti tipping-off. 5.
