Description du poste Missions Dans le cadre d’un remplacement dans le service Industrialisation Raccords, nous recherchons un Responsable du secteur Industrialisation Produits, spécialisé dans les techniques d’assemblages grande série. Ainsi, rattaché au Responsable du Service Industrialisation, vos missions sont : Mettre en œuvre la stratégie industrielle notamment la définition des critères "fabriquer ou acheter" ("make or buy") Conduire la démarche d'industrialisation et de qualification des nouveaux articles dont le site a la responsabilité et soutenir les autres entités du groupe (responsable du process) Garantir la performance du flux ECM (gestion des contenus d'entreprise, gestion des changements techniques) Maintenir, organiser, et garantir la qualité des données techniques du service (ECM / articles / FIQ…) Contribuer à l'évolution des produits Piloter avec ses équipes les projets d’investissements machines et anticiper les actions nécessaires pour optimiser leur utilisation Implémenter les systèmes d'information nécessaires à l'entreprise Prendre des décisions en accord avec la stratégie industrielle de l’activité Connecteurs Fluides Stäubli (FCS) Superviser les activités d’amélioration continue et de productivité de son secteur Périmètre Manager En tant que Responsable Industrialisation Produits, vous pilotez hiérarchiquement l’équipe locale (10 personnes sur le site de Faverges) Vous intégrez une communauté de managers Stäubli et êtes accompagné afin d’atteindre les objectifs humains et métiers de votre environnement.
