CAD work will include but not limited to 3D and 2D Custom Engineered Systems, custom equipment, standard Mechanical drawing updates, etc. Effectively maintain all CAD data on a central database (Autodesk Vault) using proper folder structure and naming policies. Create intelligent models and drawing tools to shorten creation time for drawings and documents. Leverages the abilities of software to the best of its ability to interface with the business system and other external tools to optimize day to day business. Incorporate feedback from both internal and external customers. Identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve processes. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications and Required Experience): Autodesk Inventor experience preferred 3 years Parametric Modeling CAD experience preferred Technical A.S., CAD Certification, or B.S. preferred Programming experience in any language (C, Visual Basic, etc.) is a plus DEMONSTRATED CRITICAL COMPETENCIES: Communication – Ability to ensure information is passed on to others who should be kept informed.
