Minimum 1 year of NOC experience in a technical profile. minimum 1 year in technical trouble shooting Strong knowledge of networking technologies; Cisco certification preferred. Excellent communication and customer handling skills. Ability to work in global, virtual teams and manage stakeholders effectively. Proficient in MS Office and business-level English.
