QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within Wealth Operations or a related are a.
• Knowledge of VBA, Excel, Python/PySpark, Databricks, MS Access, JIRA, Confluence; experience with Alteryx, PowerBI and Tableau is advantageous .
• Strong communication skills required to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
• Experience in process documentation and creating detailed process maps .
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Experience in Reporting, Data and Risk Governance or related roles in Business, Governance, Risk and Controls is beneficial.

ROLE SUMMARY

Reporting to the Group Manager II, Wealth Operations within Wealth Operational Excellence and Project Chassis, this role supports tasks related to automation, ideation of new tools and technologies, building Proof of Concepts, managing End-User-Computing objects (EUCs) and Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and leading projects for Wealth Operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, skilled in problem-solving, and possess strong communication abilities. Responsibilities include developing/ maintaining existing automation assets built in VBA/Python/PowerBI, support data-driven solutions, documenting processes, ensuring data governance, and risk management practices. This role offers opportunities to make a significant impact on Wealth Operations while enhancing existing skills and acquiring new ones.
