QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:

• Web Development experience: ASP.NET (Webforms/MVC/Core), Entity Framework, Client Side Frameworks (Angular/jQuery/Telerik/Kendo), C#.NET, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, along with the latest web development skills.
• SQL Development including complex joins, queries including CTEs, and stored procedures (MS preferred.
• Microsoft SQL & IIS Server Administration experience
• VBA and MS Office Automation experience
• Source Control in a team environment
• LINQ or Entity Frameworks
• Understanding of key financial reporting systems, Hyperion (HP/HFM), SAP and BW would be beneficial, along with demonstrated experience of applying LEAN principles to determine root cause and problem solving.
• Knowledge of Collins business processes would be ideal.

In this high-impact role you will lead be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of new and existing reporting solutions within FP&A. This position works as part of a team, which includes the departments’ Business Process Analysts, to understand customer requirements and data sources to create technical and process solutions for internal customers. The team is focused on the development and delivery of solutions that create efficiencies within the FP&A analyst team.
This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Define, develop, test and implement tool solutions from simple to complex web applications and processes
• Perform business analysis of systems and follow through the full development life cycle
• Coordinate, implement and communicate system change requirements
• Translate business needs into technical requirements
