COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

• Currently enrolled in technical studies / studies with technical content, preferably in the master’s degree: mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar.
• Proven experience in cost control, financial analysis, or project management within an engineering environment.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Strong interest to develop skills between general management, technical management, and project management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze data related to engineering projects to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Support developing comprehensive project plans, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned and best practices.
• Support to generate the visibility on Train level Performance & Architecture and Work Package Status.
• Support on Managing technical risks thanks to mitigation plans incl. moderating separate task forces on specific technical issues
