What you can expect:

Enterprise AI architecture: You design and are responsible for highly complex, scalable AI system architectures and select the optimal models (closed vs. open source).

• Advanced GraphRAG: You design groundbreaking knowledge queries by combining graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) and RAG (GraphRAG).
• End -to-End Governance: You manage complex multi-agent frameworks and ensure error-free, secure agent-to-agent (A2A) communication.

Tech inspiration: You set technological benchmarks within the team, continuously evaluate the latest model classes (e.g., Llama 4, GPT-5 class) and establish standards.

Mentoring & Leadership: You provide technical guidance to agile AI development teams, promote the professional development of colleagues, and are the point of contact for management.

Visionary client consulting: You translate complex business requirements into innovative, technological roadmaps on an equal footing.

What you bring:

Expert knowledge

• Python as well as in the design of advanced, scalable AI architectures (RAG, GraphRAG, multi-agent systems).
• Evaluation and integration of state-of-the-art model classes (e.g., Llama 4, GPT-5 class) as well as sophisticated context and prompt engineering.
• Software design principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns) and management of large, complex enterprise codebases.

Very good knowledge

• Integration of graph databases (e.g. Neo4j) and advanced retrieval and search infrastructures.
• API design, cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and associated data pipelines (Data Strategy for GenAI).
• Experience in the professional leadership, mentoring, and structuring of agile development teams.

Personal

• Ownership: You take responsibility for technological strategic decisions and their success.
• Knowledge multiplier: You love sharing your expert knowledge and supporting the team both professionally and technologically.
• Strategic thinking: You design sustainable solutions and always keep scalability and future viability in mind.
• German (very good) and English (fluent) as well as a completed IT degree or a comparable qualification.
