You will be responsible for project management, deployment, software development and internal training tasks related to the ChMS.  * Help ensure the quality and integrity of the data in Calvary Chapel’s varied databases, and help with the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analysis, dashboards, software and tools, etc. to assist with key leadership decisions. * Assist with software integration efforts to address other ministry requirements. This includes integration of ChMS with Accounting software, Human Resources Management Systems, Point-of-sale solutions, etc.   You have: * Excellent organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills. * Spiritual gifts of: administration, discernment and service. * Excellent interpersonal skills for relating effectively with staff members, leadership, church attendees, volunteers, and vendors. * Knowledge and experience developing software using enterprise database systems such as Microsoft or Oracle SQL Server.
