This is a hands-on, in-office role where you’ll collaborate closely with a small, motivated team. Requirements Design, develop, test, and maintain PHP-based applications and internal tools. Work hands-on with designers, product managers, and other team members to turn their requests and reported issues into effective features and fixes. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team processes and standards. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure reliability and performance. Assist in configuring, operating, and maintaining web Apache servers to support application deployment and uptime. Apply basic IT and software knowledge to assist with simple in-office IT requests and troubleshooting. Skills & Experience Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, browsers, servers). 1–5 years of experience in software development (level flexible based on skills).
