Description du poste Nous recrutons un(e) Acheteur(se) expérimenté dans les produits alimentaires. Rôle : Rattaché(e) au Chef de Groupe Achats, vous êtes chargé(e) d’obtenir des fournisseurs les meilleures conditions d’achat pour les produits destinés à nos clients en restauration collective et commerciale. A ce titre, vous avez pour mission de : - Prendre en charge et développer un portefeuille fournisseurs, négocier et gérer les accords (contrats, tarifs, conditions), - Effectuer le suivi tarifaire sur le marché afin de veiller au maintien des prix et de la marge, - Préparer les appels d’offres industriels - Négocier les taux promotionnels, établir les promotions et les animations produits, - Assurer le suivi du développement de la gamme produits (participation aux salons professionnels, réponse aux demandes des commerciaux…) et de la qualité (notamment en visitant des sites industriels), - Répondre aux appels d’offres produits en effectuant du sourcing, - Piloter les performances de votre catégorie produits (CA, marge, stock, …) - Répondre aux demandes provenant des différents sites et des commerciaux (produits, prix, …). Le poste est ouvert au télétravail au rythme de deux jours par semaine. Qualifications De formation supérieure (Bac +3/5) dans le domaine des achats, vous avez une expérience minimum 5 ans dans les achats alimentaires idéalement dans le domaine du commerce de gros. Vous vivez votre métier avec passion, et êtes dans la recherche de la qualité avant tout autre critère de sélection. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos capacités d’analyse, votre sens du détail et votre recherche du meilleur compromis.
