THIS ROLE IS A SEASONAL ROLE - BASED IN A SKI RESORT FROM DEC - MAR

Topflight Travel Group is seeking outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic individuals with a passion for the slopes, who are not afraid of hard work and commitment. Successful candidates will join our respected Overseas Team of Resort Managers in ski resorts across Austria, Andorra, Italy & France and will benefit from a fantastic work environment, with a dedicated team and high levels of autonomy and ongoing development. You will be required to live and be based in our ski resorts from Dec 2025 continuously to the end of the season in Feb / March 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete the entire set up of your resort at the beginning of season - encompassing everything that is required to be set in place for both company & customers, liaising with suppliers to get pricing, process & procedures locked in. Setting standards for the season ahead.
• Designing and contributing key details, setting up an informative welcome pack for customers on arrival.
• Meet & greet our guests on arrival and ensure the smooth running of transfers to and from the resort.
• Organise and deliver an informative welcome speech, ensuring that all sales are maximised to achieve and wherever possible exceed targets set.
• Ensure our guests are provided with the highest level of customer service and dealing with all our customer queries and issues in an efficient and effective manner back to the root cause. Taking responsibility for solving all issues at root cause so that they do not re-occur.
• Create and participate in a varied and profitable après ski programme. (where applicable)
• Represent the company in meetings/activities with suppliers, partners and the media.
• Completion and accuracy in all administration tasks.
