Vous serez directement responsable d’accroître la pénétration de nos solutions CPS clés « above market » en atteignant vos objectifs de chiffre d’affaires, en augmentant les opportunités de présentation et les taux de réussite, en sécurisant des projets, en mettant en avant nos nouvelles capacités et en stimulant la croissance globale des revenus. Responsabilités principales : Acquisition de nouveaux clients : Diriger la stratégie commerciale, la prospection, le positionnement et les présentations pour acquérir de nouveaux clients sous contrat pour le panel consommateurs sur une liste désignée de clients FMCG multinationaux. Performance et résultats : Assumer la responsabilité de vos objectifs. Élaborer des stratégies pour les prospects et les gains à long terme tout en développant un pipeline sain d’opportunités à court terme pour atteindre les objectifs mensuels. Participer aux processus décisionnels et maintenir une forte visibilité à travers toutes les fonctions pour soutenir le bon fonctionnement de l’organisation. Expertise et crédibilité : Contribuer à établir et renforcer NIQ comme le partenaire de choix en matière de consommateurs et shoppers. Promouvoir le leadership éclairé et des connexions empathiques avec les parties prenantes seniors des clients. Exploiter les partenariats internes avec les verticales SA&I et Digital pour apporter l’impact et l’expertise « Full View » aux clients. Gestion du pipeline et prévisions : Construire et gérer un pipeline sain d’opportunités (ad hoc et contractuelles), prévoir avec précision les revenus en utilisant les outils financiers appropriés (y compris Microsoft Dynamics) et assurer la documentation en temps voulu pour la facturation (en partenariat avec les AD). Profil idéal : Passion pour les données panel consommateurs/shoppers : Solide connaissance, expérience et enthousiasme pour les ensembles de données panel consommateurs ou shoppers, idéalement dans l’industrie FMCG. Compréhension des insights et des cas d’utilisation/challenges clients dans ce domaine. Capacité à présenter les atouts et bénéfices NIQ de manière crédible. Expérience en acquisition client : Succès avéré dans l’acquisition de nouveaux clients et la gestion des stratégies d’engagement. Expérience dans la gestion des processus RFP clients, la réalisation de présentations personnalisées, la tarification et la conclusion des contrats. Communicateur et collaborateur efficace : Excellentes aptitudes en communication et collaboration, notamment dans un environnement matriciel régional ou global.
