QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Passion for Asian skincare and makeup
• Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and delivering exceptional client service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay focused, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilient, resourceful, and adaptable in the moment.
• Flexible availability, especially during evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus (e.g., Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.).

• Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Keep up with the latest product launches, beauty innovations, and KISEKI’s exclusive offerings.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Create a welcoming, inclusive, and memorable shopping experience by being proactive, approachable, and client-focused.
• Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Engage in in-store promotions and sales events to drive excitement and customer engagement.
• Clienteling: Provide attentive service leading up to checkout. Maintain client profiles and contribute to building long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain Store Environment: Support daily operations by keeping the store clean, organized, well-stocked, and aligned with visual merchandising standards.
