RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Daily Operations: Efficiently process client transactions with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and knowledge. Accurately open, maintain, and close consumer deposit accounts and services, including identifying cross selling and referral opportunities. Maintain detailed level of knowledge on ACBT’s core processing system, products, and services, and a conversational level of knowledge other lines of business (e.g., lending and wealth management). Client Experience: Provides quality, personalized service to satisfy client needs and develop advocates. Respond to all manner of client account/product/service inquiries and resolve related account issues. Routinely provides in person, phone, and/or electronic service to clients on issues ranging from debit card, online/mobile banking, and treasury management services, etc. Risk & Compliance: Recognize potential fraud and manage risk by demonstrating sound judgment and heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Follows regulatory and bank policies and procedures, remaining current on all training.
