JOB DESCRIPTION

Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a highly motivated student worker to support New Product Development in Air-Conditioning & Commercial Refrigeration (ACR) as part of R&D Excellence function.
You will contribute to various continuous improvement initiatives, and performance tracking visualization for our global R&D organization (200+ people). This role offers invaluable practical experience and exposure to a global R&D environment.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS

Preferably you are in the process of completing a bachelor or have just embarked on your master’s degree within either engineering, business administration, data science, IT or another similar area with top tier results within the required fields. Furthermore, you have:

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint incl. Power BI.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

To succeed in this role, you have a strong technical interest with an innovative mindset. Furthermore, you are a quick learner and have good English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Workload of average 15-20 hours a week expected, with flexibility in exam periods.
