Description

Key Responsibilities:• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users via remote support.• Assist with setting up, configuring, and maintaining laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.• Respond to and prioritize service desk tickets in accordance with SLAs.• Maintain accurate records of support activities and solutions in the ticketing system.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.• Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems and common productivity software.• Experience with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar.• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.• Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
