We're looking for Software Engineers to join an exciting deep tech AI start-up on the brink of hypergrowth. Currently at seed stage and backed by the VCs behind Anthropic, and is preparing for rapid growth over the next few years, so this is a chance to join early and shape the engineering culture, so now is the moment to get in early and help shape what comes next.

You'll be at the forefront of AI for autonomous systems, solving a problem that's holding entire industries back, and building the software that changes that. Rather than replacing existing, it sits on top and makes it smarter, bringing robots, sensors, vehicles and data together as one. From mission critical operations to disaster response in the world's most remote places, your work will make a real difference where it counts.

Role overviewDay to day, you'll write clean, high quality code across the stack, whether that's handling high volume data from sensors in the field or building intuitive interfaces for operators. Expect genuine ownership and autonomy from day one. You'll be learning alongside a seriously strong team, with founders from Palantir and engineers from Microsoft, Goldman Sachs and leading AI labs.

• RequirementsA strong degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Production experience in at least one of C++, Rust, Python or TypeScript
• A track record of shipping high-quality software, at any level from graduate to senior
• Bonus: mapping or geospatial frameworks, network protocols, or AI/ML exposure
