We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to test Cloud-based applications to develop Test Deliverable, including Test strategy, Test Plan & Test Cases for Cloud-based CRM applications, and create, maintain Automation Test Suite.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Experience with Agile software testing processes.
• Experience with automated testing, including the development of the automated tests.
• Skilled in building and managing test plans and events.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.

• Build, execute, and maintain automated and manual tests to verify the quality of the software platform.
• Serve as a QA representative on a Scrum team.
• Document test plans and environments to be run by self and others
• Understand customer workflows and incorporate that knowledge into the test plans
• Experience of driving testing into an organisation with clear policies and best practices.
• Prepare Test Estimations/status sheet and Setup calls with Clients/Dev/SA teams
• Prepared Test Scenario’s/Test Cases /Test Data /Test Plan for Testing
• Send Test case execution results reports
• Responsible for defect triage meeting s /Escalations /Estimations
• Experience within a test environment both manual and automation whilst managing or mentoring other Testers.
• Experience/understanding of the full SDLC with knowledge of scrum/agile practices
