The focus is on helping teams use AI in practice; both internally and in our products that support the public sector, making sure it delivers real value. This role will report to the Chief Operating Officer, the ideal candidate will be Hybrid Office based (50%) from Bracknell, Hemel Hempstead or Chippenham. Key responsibilities Set direction Own the enterprise AI strategy. Identify where AI can add the most value. Help prioritise investment and focus. Build the capability Set up and lead a central AI team. Provide shared platforms, tools and support. Enable teams to design, build and scale AI solutions. Support products and operations Work with product teams to embed AI into roadmaps. Help deliver AI-enabled features. Drive adoption in internal processes. Standards and governance Define practical standards and guardrails. Work with security, data protection and ethics teams to ensure safe, secure and compliant use of AI. Adoption and change Lead all future AI rollouts across the business. Develop and deliver training and support across all functions.
