REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Forklift License: Certified and experienced in operating forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on precision and accuracy in inventory management, order fulfillment, and record-keeping.
• Organization and Cleanliness: Ability to maintain a meticulously clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Physical Stamina: Capability to lift moderate weights, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with warehouse and fulfillment teams.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address issues promptly to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role, ideally in a distillery, brewery, or beverage industry.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or software.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.

• Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize raw materials, finished products, and supplies within the warehouse.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring precision in fulfilling customer and distributor requirements.
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels, reporting discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of warehouse equipment and workspaces to prevent contamination and ensure efficiency.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring proper handling and storage of goods.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to streamline operations and meet fulfillment deadlines.
• Comply with all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines, including proper handling of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products.
