Maximum Software Services is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for our national clients. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring other developers and ensuring solutions meet both business and architectural requirements.
You’ll develop with modern Salesforce technologies (Apex, LWC, Flows) and work within our established DevOps and CI/CD processes using Copado and Git, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and efficient delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Build – Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other modern tools.
• Follow Our CI/CD Process – Use Copado and Git as part of our DevOps workflow to manage deployments and version control.
• Configure & Integrate – Implement platform security, roles, profiles, automation, and integrate with external systems via APIs and events.
• Provide Technical Leadership – Support and mentor other developers while ensuring code quality, consistency, and best practices.
• Maintain Standards – Contribute to documentation, coding standards, and process adherence.
• Collaborate – Work closely with Business Analysts, QA, Architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 7+ years of development experience, with strong Salesforce expertise and familiarity with Copado/Git CI/CD workflows.
• Technical Skills: Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, Salesforce DX, API integrations, Salesforce security models, and broad experience with Salesforce Service Cloud features.
• Certifications: Salesforce Developer certifications required; Copado certification is a plus.
• Communication: Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); French is an asset.
• Mindset: Strong problem-solver, collaborative mentor, and detail-oriented developer.
