At A-dato, we are offering a Junior Consultant / Trainee position where you will begin in customer support and data analysis using our AI and Reporting Engines. This role provide the opportunity to develop your skills and grow into areas such as project management, business analysis, or sales support.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a proactive professional with at least a completed HBO (Bachelor-level) education. You have a ‘can-do’ mentality, an open attitude, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You are comfortable with software, eager to learn, and bring strong communication skills to the role.

• Act as the first point of contact for customers with questions about our LYNX software, ensuring they receive timely and effective support.
• Maintain and further develop technical documentation to help users succeed.
• Learn on the job with close mentoring and coaching to identify your strengths and career direction.
• Get introduced to the Theory of Constraints (TOC) – the backbone of A-dato’s project and portfolio management approach.
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to deliver the best customer experience.
• Contribute to sales support, including presentations and product demos.
