BASIC REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience with software development in C++ , C#, .NET Core and with data structures/algorithms.
• Nice to have knowledge in SQL & No-SQL databases and pub sub frameworks.
• Kafka experience is a big plus.
• Ability to define software architecture, components, modules, interfaces, and data for a system to satisfy specified requirements. This includes validating for correctness, functionality, reliability, and other characteristics.
• Ability to debug, triage, and fix program code or system issues (e.g., firmware, software, application, operational, process).
• Domain knowledge in Financial Industry and Capital Markets is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiencies.

• Play a key role in the development team to build high-quality, high-performance, scalable code

• Onboard, support and mentor developers to design and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams on cross-platform/shared product functionality.
• Complete SDLC: architecture, design, development, deployment support and maintenance.
• Active participation in all scrum ceremonies, follow Agile best practices effectively

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $107,800 to $150,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
