We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Junior Software Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated systems aimed at enhancing the efficiency, quality, and safety of our production and testing processes while adhering to applicable regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, or LabVIEW.
Proficiency in designing, validating, and managing the lifecycle of test setups.
Familiarity with measurement and analysis tools like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and digital multimeters.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to inspire and guide team members.
Proficiency in technical English (written and spoken).
Strong team player with a can-do attitude.
Proven leadership potential with the ability to grow a team over time.
