Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions to address complex challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to build scalable AI systems and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

1. AI/ML Solution Development:

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and deployment.

1. Python Development:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code for AI/ML applications.
• Develop APIs, libraries, and tools to support AI functionalities.

1. Data Handling and Preprocessing:

• Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and prepare data for modeling.
• Implement robust data pipelines and ETL processes.

1. Deployment and Integration:

• Deploy AI models in production environments using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and workflows.

1. Collaboration and Mentorship:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

1. Research and Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Explore new technologies and frameworks to enhance AI capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Python development with a focus on AI/ML.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI solutions.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and big data technologies.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-driven products or projects in domains like healthcare, finance, or retail.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, computer vision, or generative AI.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
