We are now looking for an experienced State Manager – Victoria to lead our Victorian retail network and drive performance, customer experience, team development and operational excellence across the state. The Opportunity As our State Manager – Victoria, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of stores across the state, partnering closely with Regional Managers, Store Managers and the broader Retail Operations team to drive sales, strengthen capability and deliver the Lovisa customer experience. You will play a key role in ensuring stores are operating to Lovisa standards, teams are engaged and accountable, and commercial targets are achieved through strong leadership, clear communication and consistent coaching.
