Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of the bar’s operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee aspects of the bar’s operations & inventory management
- Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the bar’s offerings
Skills:
- Strong bartending skills with knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry (hotel, bar or restaurant)
- Familiarity with Bar safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
