Below are the primary responsibilities to help you get a feel for a "day in the life." * Provides accurate and timely vehicle diagnosis, maintenance and repairs, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded. * Test drives vehicles before and after repairs to ensure functionality and overall safety. * Inspection and repairing customers vehicles to ensure they are in accordance with state requirements. * Promotes company culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members. * Assists other teammates with tasks as needed to consistently deliver on our expectation of delivering a wow experience. Qualifications THE "NUTS AND BOLTS" NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS * Minimum two years of automotive repair experience. (ASE certifications are preferred but not required.) * Must have a valid Virginia Inspector license. * Must have at least 1 year experience as a Virginia State Inspector. * Must have own tools (We offer a great tool purchase program!) * Capable of operating machines and equipment used in the automotive mechanic trade -- diagnostic scanner experience is a plus. * Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistency follow store policies and procedures. * Desire and ability to work in a team environment. * Authorized to work in the USA and at least 18 years of age. * Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. * Capable of continuous standing, bending, lifting (up to 75 lbs). * Authorized to work in the USA and at least 18 years of age. * Availability to work on Saturdays. * We are focused on safety, but Service Techs should be comfortable with occasional exposure to mechanical hazards and outside weather conditions.   CAREER TRACK No "dead-ends" here, as we offer clear paths for advancement for strong performers interested in growing in their career!
