Lifestyles Realty, Inc., a top-producing investment real estate brokerage with over $1 billion in sales, is expanding across the Southeast and Midwest. We are seeking motivated Junior Agents to support our investment sales team and gain hands-on experience in the industry.
Your Role:
As a Junior Agent, you will assist senior agents and investment sales specialists by managing showings, coordinating transactions, and providing exceptional support to clients. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to grow their career in investment real estate.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of real estate processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in real estate administrative roles or transaction coordination is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is highly desirable.
  • Experience in marketing or sales within the real estate sector is a plus.
