Reporting to the Director, Early Learning and Child Care; the Manager, Early Childhood Development (Manager) is responsible for the territory-wide delivery of early childhood programs and services targeting children from birth to age six, and children up to 12 years of age in licensed out-of-school programs. The Manager promotes positive early childhood development and quality care for children through inspection and licensing processes and by providing support, current information, funding, and guidance to early childhood programs and communities.
