Location: Newport, OR International Health and Medical Services is looking for an experienced Clinic Director to oversee the delivery and quality of healthcare services provided to patients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. This role involves leading healthcare teams, managing clinic operations, and coordinating with facility management to effectively address the medical needs of the patient population while promoting a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Plans work to be accomplished by department supervisors and staff. Prepares schedules for completion of work. Organizes and maintains medical services and committee activities for accreditation or certification. Directs the development of standard operating procedures and policies, including monitoring compliance and periodic review. Serves as chief medical adviser to the Chief Executive Officer in all matters pertaining to patient care. Actively participate in the execution of all Clinical Services Mission Action Plans as delineated in the client Strategic Action Plan. Formulating short and long-range objectives for programs within the clinical services division to ensure alignment with overall objectives of the client. Assessing and validating the current patient care delivery system. Ensuring clinical and staffing standards for clinical practice are consistent with current evidence-based research and professional standards.
