Galadari Real Estate Brokerage are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Property Consultant to join their fantastic real estate team in Dubai. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their real estate goals in one of the most vibrant markets in the world. The Property Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting engagements. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and exceptional client management skill.
Job Summary:
* Use initiative in acquiring properties to list and sell on the secondary market
* Identify and pursue new opportunities in the UAE real estate market
* Liase with the media team for videography/photography for advertising and marketing campaigns
* Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions in the market.
* Stay up-to-date with market insights and trends.
* Maintain regular contact with clients and build strong relationships based on trust and transparency.
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
* Negotiate property transactions and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
* To arrange meetings and viewings with clients with the intention to build network, rapport and eventually transact
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Property Consultant or with at least one year experience in UAE real estate industry.
* Strong understanding of the UAE property market and real estate regulations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
* A Valid UAE driver’s license and car
