Role Overview The Lead, Government Contracts role is responsible for managing and overseeing complex U.S. Government Prime contracts and subcontracts in support of aerospace and defense programs and also some commercial contracts. This role serves as a subject-matter expert on FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific requirements, providing strategic guidance to program management, pricing, supply chain, and senior leadership throughout the contract lifecycle.
