About the Role: The State Account Manager is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth and profitability across key independent retail customers, including Ritchies, FoodWorks, and Metcash state offices (VIC, NSW, WA). As the primary commercial interface between Ferrero and these customers, the State Account Manager ensures consistent execution of national and state-level strategies, adapts to local market requirements, and manages key stakeholder relationships.
