Monthly Operating Rhythm (Campari Framework) - Drive monthly business reviews with clear action plans and follow-through. - Align regional execution with Campari’s operating rhythm, ensuring predictability in numbers. - Implement SOPs for sales tracking, demand planning, and credit discipline.
