Description du poste Au sein du département Store Planning / Architecture du Groupe, en tant que International Store Planning Manager, vous superviserez le planning stratégique des projets brick & mortar sur les 4 business units (Europe, Asie, US, Partenaires) Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Juridique, Développement International et nos 4 Marques. A ce titre, vos missions seront : La gestion de projets : Pilotage et coordination des projets d'ouvertures, rénovations, transferts (-250 projets) : Suivi des plannings des projets en interne et en externe (grands magasins, fournisseurs etc.) Alignement du déploiement POS global avec le calendrier de rénovation des marques : Priorisation des chantiers, accompagnement des parties prenantes sur le pilotage des projets en fonction des deadlines. Gestion de crises et des impacts sur le portefeuille projets Le suivi budgétaire : Suivi des budgets des marques pour garantir la bonne adéquation entre la conception (Design), budget et timeline. Elaboration des RIV (Request for Investment Validation) pour les rénovations des boutiques du Groupe. La coordination : Organisation opérationnelle du plan de charge des équipes design et réalisation/travaux Evaluation des risques, scénarios et prise de décisions opérationnelles en collaboration avec les parties prenantes : département architecture, développement international, juridique et les marques. Les reportings & KPI à la Direction : Etude des coûts au m2 des ouvertures et rénovations groupe monde, analyse des évolutions de coûts Initier et animer les transformations et optimisation au sein du département : Organisation (synergies, instances), processus et outils Le management : Management d'un/une Coordinateur/trice Administratif Accompagnement sur le suivi de la facturation du département. Collaboration sur les projets d’optimisation processus interne Qualifications De formation supérieure BAC +5 (école de commerce, école d’ingénieurs ou équivalent), vous avez au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans les métiers du planning, de la coordination ou de la gestion de projets au sens large. Une connaissance du secteur retail est un plus apprécié. Compétences techniques : Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et de ses fonctionnalités avancées. À l’aise avec les outils de gestion de projet, idéalement des plateformes telles qu’Asana (ou équivalent). Qualités et état d’esprit : Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et autonomie.
