Eres el fuerte vínculo entre tu Store Manager y el equipo de ventas, ayudando a mejorar el servicio al cliente a través de un coaching personalizado que une a tu equipo. Tus retos: • Vigilar de cerca los indicadores clave de rendimientos (KPIs), potenciando la capacidad de tu equipo para alcanzar diariamente los objetivos de ventas. • Desarrollar la cohesión, la motivación y las competencias delegando, dando responsabilidades y transmitiendo tus conocimientos de forma pedagógica. • Garantizar que los equipos cumplen los procedimientos operativos (existencias, cajas, mercancías, mantenimiento del almacén).
