Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership

• Develop and execute group-wide HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth plans.
• Serve as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership and department heads.
• Report directly to the Chairman on all HR activities, updates, and initiatives.
• Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
• Lead change management during expansion, restructuring, or transformation projects.

2. Recruitment, Talent & Workforce Management

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure attraction, retention, and development of high-performing talent.
• Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent.

3. Performance, KPI & Employee Development

• Design and manage performance appraisal systems and KPI metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Support leadership development and career progression initiatives.
• Create and maintain salary bands and compensation frameworks across the organization.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with confidentiality.
• Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.

5. HR Policies, Compliance & Governance

• Develop, implement, and standardize HR policies across the Group.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor law, JAFZA regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

6. Compensation, Payroll & HR Operations

• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation structures.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of HR operations.
• Manage HRIS, data integrity, and reporting.

7. Systems, Structuring & Reporting

• Utilize HRIS, Oracle, and MS Office tools for HR operations and analytics.
• Provide regular HR reports and insights to the Chairman and senior management.
• Structure HR processes, data systems, and reporting mechanisms for operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
• Prior experience within FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or a diversified group of companies is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, JAFZA regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proven experience managing HR across multiple business units or locations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity with the ability to manage sensitive matters confidentially.
• Proficiency in HRIS, Oracle software, and MS Office Suite
