Be an active participant in the service offered by Iris Galerie (greeting customers, presenting the concept, shooting, editing, supervising, etc.) Daily analysis of results: dashboards and indicators. Identify causes of business slowdown, revenue decline and loss and propose action plans Recruit, train, integrate, evaluate staff and support their professional development. Define your team’s objectives, support your actions towards achieving them. Ensure the application of the regulations in place (health, safety, procedures, etc.) and legal displays. Ensure store opening and closing. Ensure proper store maintenance (layout, signage, cleaning), supervise merchandising.
