Gestionar el proceso de contratación, formación, desarrollo y la planificación de la personas en tu tienda. Evaluar y gestionar el desempeño de tu equipo de tienda. Llevar a cabo la revisión de desempeño, planes de desarrollo, feedback y seguimiento, y tomar medidas para mejorar el rendimiento y desarrollar a tu equipo.
