JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact construction projects under our new contract with Colorado Springs Utilities. This is a strategic leadership role offering the opportunity to shape a high-visibility initiative that may expand into additional work across the region.
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will provide direction and oversight from project initiation through completion, ensuring success across safety, quality, schedule, and profitability. Responsibilities include complex planning, budget control, team development, client communication, contract administration, and risk management. The SPM will also mentor project teams and help drive company growth through operational excellence.
This position will primarily be work-from-home (WFH) until a physical office is established in Colorado Springs, likely near the airport. Success in this role will be a cornerstone for future regional expansion and represent a unique opportunity to make a significant impact—both within our organization and the Colorado Springs community.
