Description
The Branch Operations Manager works with the Branch manager to organize, plan, and implement strategies in a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering branch. This includes supporting all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, finances, and safety. This role will assist in supervising and training staff and be responsible for contacting customers to generate sales leads. This position’s typical schedule is 44 hours per week, which may include evenings and/or weekends. This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
