Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising. Handle all banking and cash deposits—must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance. Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction. Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals. Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives. Be willing to take on anything the store needs—including cross-training and stepping in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary.
