Como Store Manager trabajarás con turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo y contrato indefinido. Tus contribuciones en blue banana serán excepcionales si logras desarrollar las siguientes funciones: Ser un sales hacker Definir una estrategia de venta en concordancia con los picos de venta y temporadas. Asegurar beneficios implementando nuevas acciones para maximizar las ventas. Análisis de clientes y de su proceso de compra. Implementar todas las mejoras necesarias en la tienda para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de marketing, ventas, operaciones y atención al cliente. Ser un AS en operaciones Gestionar inventarios de forma eficiente. Seguir al pie de la letra las políticas y procedimientos de la tienda. Supervisar las transacciones en caja para que todo cuadre. Mantener la tienda ordenada y cumplir con las normas de prevención de riesgos. Controlar el stock en el almacén. Mantener la organización y la imagen de la tienda según el estilo de blue banana. Ser el mayor aliado del cliente Atender a los clientes de blue banana, entendiendo sus necesidades y resolviendo problemas. Analizar qué les gusta a los clientes y qué necesitan. Saber todo sobre el catálogo, la marca y los detalles prácticos como tallaje y tiempos de envío. Ayudar a los clientes con pedidos online cuando sea necesario. Asegurarte de que el equipo esté sintonizado para dar una buena atención al cliente. Ser el mayor aliado del equipo de tienda Gestionar el talento de la tienda, promoviendo formaciones que mejoren el proceso de venta y de atención al cliente, participando en el proceso de recruiting, motivando al equipo y solucionando posibles conflictos. Encargarte de horarios y turnos del equipo. Transmitir KPIs y valores de marca a tu equipo. Hacer seguimiento individual con el equipo y apoyar su crecimiento. ¿Qué te hará triunfar con nosotros?
