As a Creative Lead in the Ad Design Services team based in our Gurgaon office, you’ll play a vital role in guiding and elevating the creative output of Taboola’s Ad Design Services team. This is a hands-on creative leadership role, focused on defining visual direction, applying creative best practices, and ensuring high-quality ad delivery. You’ll act as the creative authority for incoming requests: shaping direction, guiding designers through execution, and reviewing ads before delivery to ensure they meet both creative and business goals. To thrive in this role, you'll need: 4+ years of experience in a creative leadership role.
