We’re looking for a creative and inspiring Drama Teacher to join our theatre school — someone who can help students bring characters to life, tell powerful stories, and step into the spotlight with confidence.
In this role, you’ll guide young performers through acting technique, improvisation, and character work, all within the vibrant world of musical theatre. You’ll help them connect emotion to movement, script to stage, and voice to story, creating performances that truly captivate an audience.

• Teach engaging drama classes that develop acting skills, stage presence, and emotional connection.
• Explore script work, improvisation, and storytelling techniques to help students discover their own creative voice.
• Direct and prepare students for showcases, productions, and performance exams.
• Build a safe and inclusive space where students feel free to take risks and express themselves.
• Provide constructive feedback to help each performer grow in confidence and ability.
• Work alongside singing and dance teachers to ensure each production flows seamlessly.
• Keep lessons fresh and exciting by bringing new ideas, warm-ups, and activities into the rehearsal room.
