Requirements .

• A valid DBS
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in lesson planning and record keeping.
• A passion for education and the arts and a genuine desire to make a difference in students’ lives.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs and learning styles.
