About you Reporting to the Program Manager, you will have the ability to research, develop and implement innovative and appropriate teaching curriculum while effectively utilising online learning platforms and technologies. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to complete administrative tasks, including the ability to maintain accurate online and physical records. You will: plan, prepare deliver and assess training programs; monitor, assess and record student attendance, progress and results; participate in internal and external contractual audits; and evaluate student teaching and learning resources. It is a requirement of this position that you hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education plus current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
